For those who don't believe a parking garage can be beautiful, behold exhibit A. Santa Barbara has a strong design code that requires at least a basic Spanish Colonial architecture. But this excellent vehicle of design, found on the top floor of a Public Parking Garage, drove by plebeian parking spaces to swing into a more challenging but sublime resting place.
